Comment: This species is one of the most beautiful moths known. When spotted at night, they appear as beautiful as a shining moon. Being nocturnal (active in night) in habitat, they help in pollination of night blooming flowering plants. Also are widely considered as bio- indicators due to their sensitivity to habitat change.
