Habitat / hosts
Widely distributed in the Oriental region including India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China and Taiwan. Adults are sexually dimorphic in overall coloration with males pale green and females bright yellow. The larvae feed on a wide range of host plants including castor, jamun, pomegranate, rose, sandalwood, poplars, etc.
