Diagnosis
Female macroptera: Body and legs yellow, abdominal tergites II–III occasionally shaded anterolaterally, VIII–X lightly shaded; forewing pale with two dark cross bands. Antennae 7 segmented; III–IV with a simple sensorium. Head with ocellar pair III long and lateral to front ocellus; postocular setae pair II displaced posteriorly. Pronotum almost smooth, 2 long posteroangular setae pairs, 3 pairs of posteromarginals; small discal setae, but anterior margin with a pair of long setae. Metanotum striate, median setae well behind anterior margin without campaniform sensilla. Forewing first vein with 3–4 setae on distal half. Abdominal tergite II with one of the 4 lateral marginal setae displaced towards midline; VIII with posteromarginal comb having a few minute microtrichia laterally. Abdominal sternites III–VII with 10–12 accessory setae.
