Diagnosis
Female macroptera: Body dark brown, legs pale yellow; forewing brown with basal fourth. Head with ocellar setae III on margin of ocellar triangle. Postocular setae I and III slightly longer than hind ocelli diameter, II and IV minute. Antennae 7 segmented. Pronotum sculptured with transverse striae; posteromarginal setae 2 or 3 pairs, setae I the longest. Metascutum reticulate; median pair of setae far from anterior margin. Forewing first vein with complete setae row. Abdominal tergite II with 4 marginal setae laterally; VIII without comb. Abdominal sternites without discal setae; VII with S1 setae far from posterior margin; pleurotergites with no discal setae.
