Diagnosis

Female macroptera: Head wider than long; interocellar setae inside ocellar triangle; postocular setae longer than preocellar setae. Antennae 8 segmented, I and III yellow, II and IV-VIII brown, II, IV and V with pale base; III and IV with a forked sense cone. Pronotum smooth, setose; subequal inner and outer posteroangular setae pairs; 3 posteromarginal setae pairs. Legs yellow. Forewing yellow with 2 narrow, dark cross bands; pale apex; first vein with 7 basal, 2 distal setae; second vein with 14 setae. Mesonotum weakly striate, median pair placed far ahead of posterior margin. Metanotum reticulate; median setae much longer than submedian setae, placed near anterior margin. Abdominal tergite VIII with complete posteromarginal comb; IX and X with long, pointed, dark apical setae; X entire. Abdominal stemites without accessory setae.
