Diagnosis
Female macroptera: Head with interocellar setae on the anterior margin of ocellar triangle; postocular setae pair IV shorter than interocellar setae. Antennal segments III and IV each with a forked sense cone. Pronotum smooth; anteroangular setae a little longer than anteromarginals; posteroangular setae with inner pair longer than outer pair. Legs yellow. Forewing clear yellow. Metanotum with median transverse reticulations; longitudinal striae laterally; median setae near anterior margin. Abdominal tergite VIII with complete posteromarginal comb. Abdominal sternites without accessory setae; VII with inner posteromarginal setae pair placed anterior of posterior margin.
