Diagnosis
Female macroptera: Body yellowish brown; forewing pale with a small, brown band a little beyond the base. Antennae 8 segmented; III–IV each with a forked sense cone. Head with ocellar pair III very long, arising a little beyond the tangent of anterior margins of posterior ocelli. Metanotum feebly reticulated medially, longitudinally striated laterally; median setae far behind anterior margin. Forewing first vein with 3 basal setae, 2 at middle and 2 distally; second vein with 12–14 setae. Abdominal tergite VIII without posteromarginal comb. Abdominal sternites without discal setae.
