Diagnosis

Female macroptera: Body golden yellow having lateral brown shadings; forewing pale with sub basal and median brown marking. Antennae 8 segmented; III–IV each with a forked sensorium. Head with dorsal surface reticulate, ocellar setae III on anterior margins of ocellar triangle. Pronotum without long setae. Metanotum irregularly reticulate, median setae behind anterior margin. Forewing slender, major setae minute. Abdominal tergites II–VIII laterally with several broadly based stout microtrichia; VI–VIII with 1–2 pairs of median stout setae pointing towards midline; posterior margin of VIII with dentate craspedum laterally but smooth craspedum medially; IX–X with setae stout. Abdominal sternite VII with median pair of setae arising at posterior margin.
