Diagnosis
Female macroptera: Body yellow, abdominal tergites II–VI with lateral brown area; forewing pale with sub-basal and median faint brown shading. Antennae 7 segmented, III–IV each with a forked sensorium. Head with 3 ocellar setae pairs, pair III outside ocellar triangle; 3 postocular setae pairs. Pronotum with 5 short posteromarginal setae pairs. Metanotum with faint transverse sculpture, median setae positioned behind anterior margin; without campaniform sensilla. Forewing upper vein with 3 setae on distal half; lower vein with 3–4 setae. Abdominal tergites I–VIII with median setae pair close together; posterolateral tergal margins with microtrichial fringe, complete medially on VIII; lateral thirds of II–VIII with 6–10 rows of discal microtrichia; IX with numerous microtrichia on posterior half, X without longitudinal split. Abdominal sternites II–VI with short microtrichia on posterior margin between setae bases.
