Diagnosis
Female macroptera: Body and legs yellow, abdominal tergites II–VII bearing dark antecostal line and anterolateral brown shadings; ocellar triangle, median pronotum, meso and metanota feebly shaded brown; pale forewing. Antennae 8 segmented, III and IV with a forked sense cone. Head with occipital apodeme far away from the eye margin; ocellar triangle irregularly reticulate; ocellar setae III behind fore ocellus; three pairs of postocular setae, first pair long. Pronotum with transverse sculpture, blotch feebly defined. Metanotum with irregular longitudinal striations. Forewing first vein with complete setae row, second vein without setae. Abdominal tergites II–VI without median marginal comb. Abdominal sternites II–VI with discal microtrichia extending across median area, I–VII with complete posteromarginal comb; VII without median microtrichia
