Diagnosis

It is very similar to E. dysoxyli David in wing pattern and body colouration but can be differentiated from the latter by the presence of dorsocentral setae, prominent curvature of subapical band towards costal margin and aculeus tip pointed without any preapical indentations and club shaped spermatheca
