Diagnosis
  • Face with black elongate markings on each antennal furrow
  • Scutum brown with narrow, yellow lateral vittae and broad medial postsutural vitta .
  • Abdominal tergites yellow with black basal band on each tergite
  • Wing hyaline with four transverse bands
Host plants

Larvae of E.dysoxyli develop inside fruits of Dysoxylum malabaricum (Meliaceae)

Distribution

This species has been reported only from Karnataka (David et al., 2013)
