Diagnosis
- Yellowish, elongate body with well developed chaetotaxy
- 2 postrprontal lobe setae present
- Wing elongate, predominantly hyaline with broad yellow costal band; apex dark brown with hyaline spots
- Oviscape opened posterodistally
