Diagnosis
- Body elongate-oval, dorsal and ventral surfaces very rugulose
- Head declined, distinctly longer than broad
- A longitudinal ridge from the centre of vertex to the apex of scutellum
- Mandibular plates longer than clypeus, distinctly laminated, anteriorly convergent
- Fore tibia dilation narrow, blade-shape, width about half the length
- Metathoracic scent gland with ostiolar peritreme, not extending beyond middle of metapleuron
Male genitalia:
Genital capsule with posterolateral angles angulated, situated higher than notch of concave ventroposterior rim; dorsoposterior rim sinuated with small subangular parandria. Ventral and apical conjunctival lobes of aedeagus absent. Paramere apically obtuse with short inner branch protruding to one side.
Female genitalia:
Valvifers VIII semiquadrate with inner margin more or less straight; valvifers IX fused to single, narrow roughly trapezoidal plate; laterotergite IX elongate oval; laterotergite VIII triangular with smooth caudal margin.Spermatheca. Externally fluted into single balloon-like dilation; apical receptacle orbicular without any finger-like processes.
