DiagnosisFemale: Body dorsally dark metallic green or bluish green, antennal scape metallic green, remaining segments brown; legs yellowish white except coxae dark metallic green, femora medially black, tarsi light brown. Antenna short, with three-segmented funicle and a compact, three-segmented club.

Hosts / BiologyA common parasitoid of the diamondback moth, P. xylostella. Also collected as a hyperparasitoid of Cotesia vestalis (= C. plutellae), a major braconid parasitoid of P. xylostella.
