Diagnosis

Female: Length 1.6 mm; body yellow; wings hyaline; scape 7x as long as broad; F1 longer than clava and at least twice as long as pedicel; F6 about twice as long s broad; fore wing with marginal vein shorter than postmarginal vein, but longer than stigmal (Noyes and Hayat, 1994).
