DiagnosisFemale: Length 1.20-2.22mm. Head varying from pale orange to dark orange-brown; thorax and gaster varying generally from completely pale orange to completely dark orange-brown; scape and pedicel orange to testaceous; flagellum orange to dark brown; legs orange to orange mixed with dark brown; fore wings hyaline with three orange to dark brown fasciae, 3.5-5x as long as broad; hind wing completely hyaline or infuscate below submarginal vein.
