DiagnosisFemale: Length 1.20-2.86 mm. Body completely dark brown or black; radicle dark brown; scape dark brown along dorsal and ventral margins, these areas connected subapically, remainder of scape whitish or yellowish; flagellum dark brown with basal quarter of F1 and basal two thirds or so of F2 yellow; tegulae entirely blackish; fore wings uniformly hyaline, about 3.5x as long as broad; legs with at least hind femora dark brown.
