Diagnosis

Female: Length 1.23-2.10 mm. Body elongate, frontovertex about half as wide as head; body generally orange, head and dorsum of thorax often darkened; scape broadened and flattened with a broad dark brown band; flagellum almost entirely dark brown, but normally with F2 white to yellow; ovipositor exserted, about twice length of mid tibia, exserted part of ovipositor longer than one-third length of gaster and clearly much longer than mid-tibial spur (Noyes and Hayat, 1994).

Distribution

India: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (Hayat, 2006), Delhi, West Bengal (UCD, Noyes, 2013).
