Diagnosis
Female: Length 0.98-1.59 mm. Body dorsoventrally moderately flattened and elongate; body, excluding appendages dark brown; antennae dark brown; legs including fore coxae yellow; wings hyaline; head and dorsum of thorax moderately shiny with shallow rugose sculpture on frontovertex and scutellum and coriaceous sculpture on mesoscutum; scape slightly broadened and flattened, flagellum filiform; forewings about 2.5x as long as broad; gaster longer than head and thorax together; ovipositor slightly exserted (Noyes and Hayat, 1994).
