Diagnosis

Female: Length 1.02-1.59mm. Head and mesosoma orange to red, gaster orange, red or dark brown; scape mostly dark brown with a dorsal white stripe and a complete subapical white band; pedicel dark brown basally, apex white; flagellum with F1, F6 (or F5 and F6) and clava brown; F2-5 white; legs yellow; scape 2-2.5x as long as broad; wings largely infuscate, apex and normally base hyaline; gaster about as long as head and thorax together; ovipositor hardly exserted.

Distribution

India: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand (Hayat, 2006 & Noyes, 2013).
