Diagnosis | : | Eyes small, shining, black, lateral, circular and. slightly convex. Rostrum shining black, almost as long as its basal width, gradually narrowing from base to scrobes, then dilated at apex. Antennae short, fusco-piceous; scape slightly curved, stout, gradually clavate. Prothorax black, somewhat broader than long. Elytra piceous, oblong, somewhat convex, very gradually widening from base to behind middle; shoulders obliquely sloping, not prominent, each slightly produced outwards. Legs fusco-piceous, densely squamose and setose. |
