Diagnosis | : | Rostrum black, as long as its apical width, parallel sided in basal half, slightly dilated at apex; Antennae piceous, covered with setae, funicle with joint 2 much longer than 1; Prothorax widest at base which is deeply bisinuate, narrowing towards apex, with obsolete ocular lobes and long vibrissae; Scutellum small, rounded, black, covered with few small recumbent setae; Elytra black, oblong, parallel from shoulders to beyond middle, narrowing towards apices; Thoracic sterna black, punctate ; prosternum with a blunt vertical spine behind coxae in middle. Abdominal sternites black, punctate with punctures large on apical segment. |
