Colour black, with metallic grey scaling; head broader than the anterior margin of prothorax; rostrum slightly dilated at the apex, eyes prominent; antennae much longer, more slender, scape with recumbent setae, the second joint of funicle longer than first; the elytra with short, erect or suberect vestiture.
