Brief diagnosis

Female: Pretegular carina absent. Mesepisternum without scrobal sulcus. Punctured posterolateral area and unpunctured anteroventral area of mesepisternum distinct. Hindwing with jugal lobe. Metasoma basally petiolate. Punctures on metasoma distinct. Colour: Body black with orange markings.

Distribution

India: Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, West Bengal.
Elsewhere: China; Laos; Myanmar; Thailand.
