Brief diagnosis

Female: Fore wings not longitudinally folded when at rest. Pronotal lobe separated from tegula by distance more than length of lobe. Body black with following yellow markings: Clypeus, supraclypeal area, interantennal space, ocular sinus, apical margin of pronotum, pair of semicircular marks on scutellum, basal transverse band on metanotum, pair of longitudinal mark on propodeum, femur and tibia of fore leg, tibia of mid and hind leg, T2 with basal transverse band, T3-T5 with pair of transverse basal bands. Wings brownish hyaline with yellow stigma.
