Brief diagnosis

Eye with inner margin strongly emarginate. Female without fovea below median ocellus. Mesosoma more or less flattened dorso-ventrally, distinctly longer than high. Axillary fossa oval. Mesoscutum with parategula. Fore wing with first discal cell longer than subbasal cell. Fore wing folded longitudinally. Tarsal claws bifid. Mid tibia with one spur. Propodeal valvula not fused to sub-marginal carina, sub-marginal carina produced as a pointed process above valvular. Metanotum not unidentate. Metasoma petiolate, T1 in dorsal view usually longer, less than half as wide as T2 in dorsal view. T1 in dorsal view not conspicuously swollen in apical half.
