Brief diagnosis

Eye with inner margin strongly emarginate. Clypeus strongly emarginated at apex in female. Anterior face of pronotum without medial pits or foveae. Mesoscutum with parategula. Tegula not evenly rounded posteriorly, emarginate adjoining parategula and never surpassing apex of latter. Axillary fossa much narrower than long, sometimes slit-like. Fore wing with first discal cell longer than subbasal cell. Fore wing folded longitudinally with prestigma more than half the length of the pterostigma. SMC 2 not petiolate anteriorly, SMC 3 separated from the apex of marginal cell by distance shorter than its minimum width. Propodeal orifice broad and rounded dorsally. Tarsal claws bifid. Dorsal surface of propodeum placed almost at the same level of dorsal surface of metanotum. Metasoma not petiolate, T1 in dorsal view usually broader, more than half as wide as T2 in dorsal view. T2 without lamella.
