Diagnosis

Body length 1.75-2.00 mm. Body metallic green in colour. All coxae and hind femora concolourous with mesosoma; basal 3/4th of fore and mid femora dark coppery brown; tibia and tarsi yellowish brown; apical tarsal sement dark brown. Head -antenna 12 segmented; scape reaching median ocellus; 2 anelli and 5 sub equal funicular segments; flagellum dark brown; pedicel with green metallic shine. Antennae inserted above lower margin of eyes. Mesosoma metallic green and reticulately sculptured; notauli complete. Propodeum short and hidden by scutellum in lateral and dorsal view; median and lateral carinae present; spiracles large and round. Fore wing hyaline; marginal vein 2x stigma vein; 9 long setae arranged in a straight line posterior and parallel to marginal vein. Metasoma longer than head and mesosoma combined; conic-ovate/ovate; metallic green; ovipositor not exserted.
