Diagnosis

Body length 2.0 mm. Body with metallic greenish blue tinge; all coxae concolorous with mesosoma; femora with metallic green tinge medially, bases and apices paler; all tibiae and tarsi pale yellow except brown apex; tegula dark brown; wings hyaline with veins pale brown; stigma enlarged and dark brown.

Head reticulate. Antenna inserted slightly below middle of face; pedicel shorter than F1; F1 longer than F2. Pronotum anterior edge rounded; notauli complete; scutellum strongly reticulate; frenal groove distinct. Propodeum medially convex and shiny, lateral part finely reticulate; median carina complete; plicae distinct throughout. Metasoma - Petiole raised reticulate, almost as long as hind coxa; T1 reaching middle of metasoma in dorsal view.
