Diagnosis

Body length 3 mm, black; antennae with scape, pedicel, anelli, three-fourth of F1 from base pale brown, rest black, clava longer than three preceding segments combined; antennae with scape almost reaching median ocellus, pedicel as long as F1, malar suture distinct. Scutellum with pronounced conical hump with distinct fingernail tip. Fore wing with basal cell not densely hairy, open below.
