Diagnosis

Body length 2.0 mm. Bluish green with golden reflection; antennae testaceous; fore and mid coxae brown; hind coxae concolorous with mesosoma, remainder of legs testaceous with apices of tarsi brown; tegulae yellow; wings hyaline; veins yellow. Anterior margin of clypeus shallowly emarginate; antennae inserted little above lower margin of eyes, scape hardly reaching median ocellus. Basal funicular segments longer than wide. Pronotal collar finely carinate; propodeum with plicae sharp and complete. Head moderately reticulate, mesosoma moderately reticulate. Metasoma ovate, little shorter than head and mesosoma combined.
