Diagnosis

Male: Head and mesosoma black; metasoma basally brownish yellow and apically brownish black; head finely reticulate, anterior margin of clypeus with a deep median incision; antennae inserted in the center of face, male antenna with prominent setae. Mesosoma reticulate. Fore wing with post marginal vein shorter than marginal vein, stigmal vein distinctly shorter than post marginal vein. Metasoma elongate, ovate.
