Diagnosis

Body length 3.5 mm. Head and mesosoma shiny black, metasoma brown with metallic blue reflection, antennae with scape and pedicel testaceous, flagellum brown. Fore and mid coxae concolorous with body; remaining parts of legs yellow. Tegulae testaceous; fore wing membrane hyaline; veins pale brown. POL as long as OOL; antennal scape touching median ocellus; clava almost equal to two preceding segments combined. Propodeum entirely coarsely reticulate; nucha longer, callus ending in a sharp spine. Metasoma strongly sclerotized and non-collapsing, hind margin of T1 produced, T1 - T3 slightly incised in the middle.
