Diagnosis

Female: Head, mesosoma and metasoma metallic green; eyes brown; ocelli pale yellow. Antennae brown (except apical 1/3rd scape yellow brown). Coxae concolourous with body, femora metallic green brown with apices yellow, remainder testaceous (except apical tarsal segment and claw brown). Tegulae brown. Wings hyaline; veins, marginal setae and discal pubescence brown.

Head: Reticulate, reticulation coarse on frons, finer on lower face and gena, white pubescence sparsely scattered on lower face, otherwise indistinct; in front view head width (0.98) 1.38 x height (0.71); clypeus emarginate with deep median incision; malar grooves distinct; gena carinate posteriorly; eye length 1.40 x width (frontal view); malar space length (0.18) 0.44 x eye length (profile view); eye length (0.40) 2.50 x width (0.16) (profile view); malar space (0.18) 0.64 x transverse diameter of eye (0.28); scrobe not reaching median ocellus. Head width 3 x length (dorsal view); POL 0.96 x OOL. Antennae inserted below middle of face, little above lower ocular line; scape exceeding median ocellus, length 1.02 x eye length, 1.50 x width; pedicel plus flagellum 0.78 x as long as head width; pedicel 2 x as long as wide, 1.40 x as long as F1; two transverse anelli; funicular segments subequal and quadrate; clava as long as two preceding segments combined, length 1.80 x width, clava 3 segmented, clearly separated.

Mesosoma: 1.15 x as long as wide; pronotum 7.20 x as wide as long, collar rounded anteriorly, moderately reticulate with small brown pubescence, lateral panel finely reticulate. Mesoscutum 1.21 x as long as wide, reticulate punctuate with small brown pubescence, notauli complete. Scutellum 1.05 x longer than wide, distinctly reticulate without longitudinal striations, reticulations finer as compared to mesoscutum, frenum strongly indicated. Dorsellum narrow and shiny. Propodeum width (0.71), median length (0.20) 3.50 x as wide as median length; moderately reticulate; strong median carina present; plicae curved, present in apical half; spiracles large, bean shaped, separated from hind margin of metanotum by own diameter; callus with dense long white hairs. Posterior one third of mesopleuron reticulate, anteriorly smooth and shiny, metapleuron irregularly reticulated with shiny areas. Fore coxae and mid coxae shiny and finely shagreen; hind coxae reticulate and transversely ridged; hind tibiae with two unequal spurs, longer spur 0.30 x hind basitarsus. Relative lengths of hind coxa (0.29), femora (0.62), tibia (0.59) and tarsus (0.59). Fore wing 2.40 x as long as wide (2.2: 0.9), pubescence absent in basal 1/3rd except 6 setae (in holotype and paratype) below submarginal vein and at apex of basal cell, speculum open; costal cell with setae. Lengths: MV 0.47, PMV 0.38 and STV 0.21.

Metasoma: Lanceolate, 2.24 x as long as wide (median length- 1.7, width- 0.76), petiolate, petiole 1.11 x longer than wide (median length- 0.19, width- 0.17), 0.7 x as long as wide, reticulate. Gaster 0.96 x as long as head plus mesosoma combined (in profile view); T1 longest (median length- 0.39, lateral length- 0.6), T2 (0.13), T3 (0.26), T4 (0.24), T5 (0.23), T6 (0.13), T7 (0.13); hind margin of T1 convex, extending on lateral sides, ovipositor sheaths exserted (0.09 mm).

Body: Length 2.60 mm (holotype, profile view); 3.41 mm (paratype, profile view), 3.07 mm (holotype, dorsal view).
