Diagnosis

Body length 1.4 mm. Body dark bluish green; antennae yellowish brown; legs testaceous except coxae; wings hyaline. Head finely reticulate; antennae with pedicel plus flagellum slightly longer than head width; anterior margin of pronatal collar carinate, notauli completely hairy; marginal fringe long. Metasoma with petiole transverse. Maxillary palpi of male enlarged.
