Diagnosis

Female: Length 1.08-1.51mm. Body generally bright red; scape concolorous with head, but ventral margin white; pedicel brownish; flagellum with F4-6 and clava dark brown or blackish; F1-3 largely white with at least F1 marked reddish or brownish ventrally; fore wing with a distinctive pattern of infuscation; legs with femora reddish and tibiae reddish brown.

Hosts

Ferrisia virgata on cotton, in Indonesia (Noyes and Hayat, 1994).
