DiagnosisFemale: Body dorsoventrally slightly flattened, dark with metallic bluish tinge. Antenna with F1-3 broader than long, club at least as long as funicle and pedicel combined. Apex of scutellum with four large, scale-like setae, apart from normal bristles.

Hosts / BiologyA parasitoid of diaspine scales (Hemiptera: Diaspididae). Recorded hosts include Aonidiella orientalis, Peliococcus sp. (Hayat, 2006).
