DiagnosisFemale: Length: 1.33 mm. Body pale to bright lemon yellow dorsally to yellowish
white on sides and ventral side, thorax and abdomen with a longitudinal black band along the entire length from pronotum to abdominal tergite 6, tergite 7 with a large, dark brown patch. Antenna pale yellow, lightly infuscate yellowish brown distally on scape, pedicel and flagellum. Forewing hyaline, slightly infuscate at stigmal vein. Legs pale yellowish (based on Hayat, 1998).
