Diagnosis

Female: Length 1.0-1.2mm. Body generally dark brownish to black; scape and pedicel blackish; funicle and clava whitish; scape 5.5x as long as broad; pedicel longer than F1 and F2 combined; funicle segments subquadrate; F1 shorter than F2; fore wing hyaline, 2.25x as long as broad; ovipositor strongly exserted, exserted part slightly less than length of abdomen.

India: Tamil Nadu (Hayat, 2006 & Noyes, 2013).
