Chrysacanthia esbeniana Lacroix

Members of this genus are atypical chrysopids, with a highly distinctive appearance and have highly pigmented forewings.

       
   

Not very common and appear to be arboreal in habit. Collected on Ficus benghalensis in Karnataka.
