Brief diagnosis
Female: Body length 2.28 (habitus view), 2.34–2.44 (dorsal view). Head and mesosoma black, metasoma (except black ovipositor sheaths) and antenna yellowish-brown; clypeal region dark brown; labial and maxillary palps white; eyes black; ocelli yellow brown. Antenna with scape, pedicel and flagellomeres (F1-F2) yellowish, remaining flagellomeres brown; in general flagellomeres more yellowish ventrally. Mesosoma black; tegula yellowish-brown. Fore wing with faint infuscation in the middle, pterostigma dark brown. Fore and mid leg light yellow brown (except dark pretarsus); hind leg including coxa yellow testaceous except apical half of hind tibia dark brown; hind tibial spurs yellow testaceous; hind tarsi dark brown.

Male: Almost similar to female except few colour variations: metasoma yellowish except dark brown colour extending from middle of posterior margin of T3, median region of T4 up to the apex (in female only T7 dark brown rest yellowish-brown).
