Female: Body length 2.34-2.53 mm. Colour - Head and mesosoma black, metasoma with first tergite, lateral plates of second tergite and anterior lateral corners of third and fourth tergite yellowish-brown, remaining black, ovipositor sheaths black. Antenna with flagellomeres F1-F6 yellowish brown; F7-F16 black; flagellomeres lighter ventrally. Clypeal region black; labial and maxillary palps white; ocelli yellow brown; eyes black. Mesosoma black; tegula yellowish-brown; fore wing with faint infuscation scattered below and behind pterostigma in basal half of wing, pterostigma dark brown. Fore and mid leg light yellow brown (except dark pretarsus); hind leg including coxa yellowish-brown except apical half of hind tibia dark brown; hind tibial spurs testaceous, basal one third of hind basitarsus yellow, apical 2 thirds dark brown.
