Brief diagnosis
Female: 2.0-2.3 mm long; predominantly black in color. Antennae dark brown to black; ocelli light brown; scape, all coxae and trochanters blackish brown. Head, antennae, mesosoma and metasoma black. Apex of fore femora, apical half of mid femora, fore & mid tarsi and basal half of hind femora with yellow coloration. Apical half of fore and hind tibia with brown infuscation. Hind tibial spur pale white. Hind metatarsus (basitarsus) yellow on basal 1/4th; wing veins colourless; forewings with pterostigma pallid.
