Apterae are pale to dusky greenish, sometimes pinkish, covered in bluish-white flocculent wax.

Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Korea, Japan, Loochoo, China, Taiwan and Philippines. India: Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim, West Bengal, Karnataka.
