Diagnosis

Apterae are pale green to yellowish, antenna and legs pale with tips darker. Siphunculi tubular and completely pale, eyes red. Dorsum covered with capitate hairs which can be easily seen through ordinary magnifying lens. On undersides of leaves of chrysanthemums, often forming large colonies on yellowing leaves.

South Africa, Europe, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Nepal, Korea, Japan, Australia, North and South America. India: Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka.
